Auden Living is a collection of apartment communities that provide students with safe and supportive off campus residences. Auden's main goal is to engage students in exceptional living while cultivating personal, social and academic growth.
Solution
In an effort to elevate Auden Living's brand recognition and increase leasing rate, I executed a multi-faceted approach including Logo Refresh, Marketing material design also incorporate motion graphic into some of the videos to leverage the power of visual storytelling. By executing these strategic design and marketing endeavors, I helped Auden Living achieve greater brand recognition and success in leasing, distinguishing itself in the competitive student housing market.
